Carl Linnaeus and Prof. M. S. Swaminathan Awards |

Preamble:
The
awards, in the name of pioneering scienitists, are instituted by
National Academy of Biological Sciences to bring out the ability
of students to choose a hypothesis, problem, planning and
execution of research programme and presentation skill of the
students engaged in higher studies (M.Sc. & Ph.D.).
The
awards took effect from 10th NABS-National Conference
held at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Carl
Linnaeus Award [for Ph.D. students] will carry a
certificate and a cash award of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousands
only).
Prof. M. S. Swaminathan Award [for M.Sc. students]
will carry a certificate and a cash award of Rs.4000/- (Rupees
Four thousands only).
